Igniting the Bond in Your Pet’s First Year During the first 4-5 months of your pet’s life you will visit the vet regularly to ensure that your pet is developing properly, is not developing conditions as a result of birth defects and is properly immunized (based on individual risk) against viral diseases. Once your pet has reached 6 months and is able to be spayed or neutered, she/he is still very immature and although physically healthy is still at a stage emotionally where bad habits and behavior issues can form. At During this time we can assist you through the growing pains of puppy/kitten-hood to ensure your pet continues to grow properly, but more importantly, so your pet can become a good canine or feline citizen that is a joy to live with. Remember, more pets are euthanized and abandoned at shelters every year for behavior problems than health issues. Our commitment to you is to ignite the bond between you and your pet, so you can have many fun and happy years together. |
